Had a great experience setting up my new storage unit thanks to John and Jessica! They were both extremely friendly, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly, made the paperwork quick and easy, and helped me find the perfect unit for my needs. The whole experience felt smooth and stress-free because of their excellent customer service. Highly recommend working with them if you’re looking for a storage unit! Also, the units are clean and well-maintained.

This place has really great atmosphere. Also very convenient to my current location. DiLip provided very great customer service, answered all of my questions on arrival, and assisted with a map to show where the unit was as well. Staff even accompanied me to the unit as well.
Overall so far, very good experience here, and hope to rent here for quite some time. Thanks to the friendly staff!

Rental process was really easy online. I went in to the office and asked if I could see the unit personally and I was driven out to see it in a golf cart immediately. The aisles are wide and the place looks taken care of pretty well. No complaints so far.

One more time, I want to transfer my current small unit to a bigger one and received an excellent professional service provided by Dilip . He helped me compare the prices among different unit and picked one right for me. He is such a kind and patient gentleman.
